You who are turning 40, are welcome to a free call at your health center. There you get to talk to a nursing staff about your health and your daily habits. The conversation is about how you can improve your health and reduce the risk of getting sick in the future. The call takes about an hour.

The PSA test is a blood test that can show whether there are any changes in your prostate. Some changes are harmless, while others could lead to prostate cancer. A doctor can use a PSA test to find out whether you need additional examinations or treatments.
