If you have symptoms, you can get a test to confirm Covid-19. Drop-in is available in Uppsala County at the Testing station listed below. You can also book an appointement at one of the other Testing stations in Uppsala County at the website.

NB! On Friday June 25 all the testing stations are closed. 

When do I take a test for covid-19?

Adults and children from preschool class (förskoleklass) with symptoms of covid-19 can book an appointment for testing or come to a drop-in Testing station. Book a visit to a test site for covid-19. 

When do I refrain from taking a test?

If you have already taken a PCR-test and tested positive for covid-19 you should not test again. Your test may be show positive results a long time after having recovered. However, you should by all means stay at home as long as you are feeling ill.

Things to keep in mind when visiting the Testing station

  • Bring a valid ID
  • Remember to keep a distance of at least two meters to other people

Stay at home while waiting for the result

You should stay at home while you are waiting for your test result. Do not go to work, school or start seeing other people before you have received your test result. This is to reduce the risk of infecting others while waiting for you result.
