Welcome to Ungdomsmottagningen Jönköping County online!

The app gives you the opportunity to visit a counsellor, psychologist, midwife and specialist nurse via video call directly on your smartphone or tablet. You can contact us wherever you are! No question is too big or too small.

The online reception is open to you who are between 13-21 years old (up to the day you turn 22) and have a Mobile BankID. The visit is free. You can find our opening hours in the app.

You can conduct the video meeting at the location that suits you best. Remember to choose a quiet environment with good lighting and use headsets for the best sound. The video call is encrypted and takes place under confidentiality.

Drop-in times
Drop-in visit is a shorter call that you can come to without having booked an appointment.

A specialist nurse (with extra knowledge of boys' bodies and health) or midwife can help you with the following:
- Questions about contraception
- Questions about the body, sexuality, identity
- Test for sexually transmitted diseases
- Or other thoughts

A psychologist or counselor can help you with the following:
- Stress
- Dejection
- Worry/anxiety
- Relationships, family, partners, friends
- Questions about sexuality, identity
- Or other thoughts

Booked visits
Booked visits give you the opportunity to have slightly longer conversations with a psychologist, counsellor, nurse or midwife.
Both men and women work at the online reception.

Authenticate with BankID
In order to log in and use the app, you need a Mobile BankID. Read on your bank's website about their rules and how to get a Mobile BankID. The Mobile Security ID provided to use the banks' own services does not work.
